The Defense and Cost Preparation Report is provided free of charge. Reports are generated specifically for the case details you provide and are made available for 30 days from the date you request them, after which access expires and report content is deleted from our servers.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report, contact us at contact@duicostcalculator.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Reports are for personal use only. You may share your report with your attorney or family members but may not republish, resell, or distribute report content publicly.

DUIcostcalculator.com is not a law firm, is not a lawyer referral service, and does not provide legal advice. When you ask us to connect you with an attorney or request a free report, we sell and share the contact details and case information you provide with third-party attorneys, law firms, and attorney lead buyers, and we are paid when we do.
